Adrian Peterson has worked through his rehabilitation from a torn anterior cruciate ligament with impressive speed.
On Monday, he took on an even tougher task: Bad seafood. The Minnesota Vikings called 911 and Peterson was taken to the hospital after an allergic reaction to seafood.
Fear not, fantasy fans and seafood lovers: Peterson is already back with the team.
"Everything is back to normal now. Little bit of a scare, but he's fine," coach Leslie Frazier said.
Peterson remains on the active/physically unable to perform list, but the team is hopeful he will play in the preseason. In related news, the Vikings have announced they are discontinuing Crawfish Mondays.
