Brandon Marshall, Jay Cutler reunion is movie material

Brandon Marshall once found great success in Denver with Jay Cutler as his quarterback and Jeremy Bates as their position coach. After three years apart, the trio have been reunited with the Chicago Bears.

Hanzus: Cutler's other targets

Brandon Marshall is the Bears clear No. 1 receiver, but who else will Jay Cutler be targeting on the field? Dan Hanzus breaks it down. **More ...**

This seems to have had the effect of blowing Marshall's mind.

"I think when it's all said and done there may be a book or a movie written about it," Marshall told NFL Network's Stacey Dales on Thursday. "Honestly, it just doesn't happen in sports where you see a franchise quarterback you know traded. Top receiver traded. Offensive coordinator fired.

"We had a core group of guys there that had everything to win and to see some of those pieces come back together, some big pieces like Jay and I and Jeremy, it's unheard of."

Marshall gives the Bears something they've never had -- a true game-changing wide receiver. It remains to be seen if that will put the team over the top, but Marshall had a confident answer when asked what the words "Super Bowl" mean to the Bears.

"The word 'Super Bowl' means to us, it's live," he said. "You know, it's a reality. A lot of teams right now throwing that word around loosely. I think every team's goal is to go to a Super Bowl. But for us I think it's a reality."

We can't argue with that. The Bears have as good a chance as anybody to come out of the NFC. Marshall is a big reason why.
