Kamerion Wimbley will be on 'American Ninja Warrior'

Ninjas are diminutive and typically mysterious. When not on rooftops, they drift in the shadows with the best of them.

Kamerion Wimbley is none of these things, but he continues to dream.

The Tennessee Titans defensive end taped a segment for "American Ninja Warrior" in March, and it will air Sunday on G4 and Monday on NBC, per ProFootballTalk.com. The show tosses contestants into an obstacle course heavy on climbing, hanging and lifting their own body weight.

Americans enjoy watching other humans exercise, so "American Ninja Warrior" has developed a following. Wimbley, however is an interesting contestant. The 6-foot-4, 255-pound lineman doesn't scream ninja -- but neither do most of the contestants.

From the show's website: "Becoming a Ninja is simple. Beat the world's toughest obstacle course. Win $500,000." Traditional ninjas operated as mercenary agents within Japanese feudal society. They have no idea what we're talking about here.
