Jonathan Vilma plans to appeal his suspension from the NFL in the Saints' "bounty" scandal. Scott Fujita on Monday -- along Anthony Hargrove and Will Smith -- reserved his right to do the same.

Fujita's Cleveland Browns teammate, receiver Josh Cribbs, believes the league is in for a surprise if and when the former Saints linebacker presents his case.
