The Green Bay Packers have agreed to a contract with Ben McAdoo that will make him their new quarterbacks coach, a league source said Wednesday.
McAdoo previously had been the Packers' tight end coach, a position he had held for the past six seasons.

With current Packers offensive coordinator Tom Clements likely to be a head coaching candidate again next offseason, McAdoo could be in line for another promotion if the Packers offense continues to put up big numbers.
