Raiders set to interview Broncos OC McCoy

Denver Broncos offensive coordinator Mike McCoy will interview with the Oakland Raiders on Wednesday for their vacant head-coaching position, according to a league source.

The Raiders received permission from the Broncos to interview McCoy on Monday, in addition to defensive coordinator Dennis Allen.

New Raiders general manager Reggie McKenzie, who came to Oakland from Green Bay, is expected to consider Packers assistant head coach Winston Moss for the position, and there's a strong sense around the league that the Raiders' new head coach will come from the Packers' pipeline.

McCoy, who gained attention for his innovative zone-read schemes in coaching the Broncos to an AFC West title, has received interest around the league and interviewed with the Miami Dolphins on Monday.
