The San Francisco 49ers broke a tie with the Pittsburgh Steelers for sole possession of fourth place in this week's NFL.com Power Poll, but aside from that the top seven spots in the poll remained the same.

Drew Brees and the New Orleans Saints have used impressive prime-time wins in back-to-back weeks to take firm hold of the No. 2 spot behind the undefeated Green Bay Packers, while the Baltimore Ravens are holding steady at No. 3.

Other notable developments from Week 13:

» Philadelphia and Chicago suffered the steepest falls this week, with each team dropping seven spots. The Eagles went from No. 18 to No. 25 after their prime-time drubbing in Seattle, while the Bears' injury woes lowered their ranking from No. 10 to No. 17.

» Our experts are unanimous when it comes to the Houston Texans, with all nine placing Gary Kubiak's team at No. 7.

» For the first time in weeks there was dissent about who is the worst team in the league, with one lone expert placing the Rams and not the Colts at the very bottom.
