From one DL to another: Cards' Dockett reaches out to Suh

Ndamukong Suh doesn't need to look very far for advice these days.

After the Lions' embattled defensive lineman was slapped with a two-game suspension for stomping Packers guard Evan Dietrich-Smith before a national TV audience, the word "Ndamukong" went household -- becoming more than just a bad situation in a Boggle showdown.

Analysts, bus drivers, factory-shift workers, railway hobos -- doesn't matter who -- everyone has advice for the big boy with a temper. And that includes fellow players.

Cardinals defensive tackle Darnell Dockett took his turn Tuesday with a steady stream of heart-to-heart tweets directed at Suh:

» Big fella keep ya head up, Your a good player, U don't need 2 get back at the OL like that, just keep doing it the right way!
» I know the OL are full of (expletive) Holding, CutBlocks, tackling, all types of stuff but we as DL got to be smarter.
» Again homie I'm just keeping it real with you. From one Good DL to another just learn from your mistakes and get better!
» Everybody got a temper, sometime we don't control it and we use it wrong, I've been guilty of that on and off the field. We gotta control it
» I've started every NFL game in my career but 1 so trust me I know about DOG FIGHTS and losing my temper, but I'm better at it Now.

Offensive linemen league-wide might have a thought or two about Dockett's assessment, but we view this as a genuine dose of counsel from a guy who knows. Whether Suh is listening is an entirely separate issue.
