With the 2011 NFL regular season at its halfway point, all nine of our experts agree on two things: The Green Bay Packers are the league's best team, and the Indianapolis Colts are the worst.
The other 30 teams continued to jostle for position last weekend, with the New York Giants' dramatic upset of the New England Patriots and the Baltimore Ravens' last-second win in Pittsburgh causing the most significant readjustment to the NFL.com Power Poll. The Giants jumped to No. 4, their highest ranking of the season, while the Ravens reclaimed a share of the No. 2 spot, where they are tied with the San Francisco 49ers.

Something will have to give next week, however, when Big Blue visits Candlestick Park. But if the 49ers and Ravens remain tied at that No. 2 spot, it certainly will add to the excitement of a Thanksgiving night matchup between the brothers Harbaugh.
Other notable developments from Week 9:
» The Patriots, who were a unanimous No. 2 just two weeks ago, dropped all the way to No. 10 after their second consecutive loss.
» The NFC West boasts the aforementioned 49ers, tied for second-best, but it also houses three of the five worst teams in our poll: the St. Louis Rams at No. 31, the Seattle Seahawks at No. 29 and the Arizona Cardinals at No. 28.
» The AFC North, meanwhile, has three of the top eight teams, with the Ravens in a tie for second, the Steelers sitting at No. 5 and the upstart Cincinnati Bengals checking in at No. 8.
