Addai was injured during a 3-yard yard run to start the Colts' second series and had to be helped off the field by trainers. It appeared Addai was hurt at the start of the play, and not as the result of the tackle.

He has six carries for 19 yards and one catch for 6 yards.

Addai wasn't on the field for the team's next series and was replaced by Delone Carter. The Colts announced Addai as questionable to return.

Addai has a history of injury problems. The only season he made it through without missing a game was his rookie season in 2006. He missed eight games last season with a shoulder injury.
