NFL won't punish Talib, Hill for being at games while banned

The NFL will not further punish Tampa Bay Buccaneers cornerback Aqib Talib or Seattle Seahawks linebacker LeRoy Hill for attending games while under suspension.

"The matter has been resolved," the NFL said in a statement.

League and team sources wouldn't reveal if either player was fined, saying that no further suspensions would be issued.

Talib, who was suspended for one game and fined two game checks after his August arrest for slugging a cab driver, attended the Buccaneers' Sept. 12 opener against the Cleveland Browns. Hill, suspended one game after his arrest last spring on a marijuana-possession charge, attended the Seahawks' Sept. 12 opener against the San Francisco 49ers.

Players aren't allowed to attend team functions, including games, while under suspension.
