Eagles won't bring in short-term replacements at QB, RB

The Philadelphia Eagles will not work out running backs or quarterbacks Tuesday, according to a team source.

The injuries to quarterback Michael Vick and running back LeSean McCoy are more week to week at this point, and the team isn't evaluating potential short-term replacements.

Eagles coach Andy Reid said Monday that he would meet with general manager Howie Roseman to discuss bringing in another quarterback, and they would "put a list together in case we need to go in that direction."

Tuesday is by far the most active day in the week for teams to work out free agents.
