Rice, who hurt his knee during the fourth quarter of last Sunday's 24-17 victory over the Cleveland Browns, was limited in practice Friday.
An MRI on Monday revealed no ligament or cartilage damage, and Rice told reporters Thursday that he will be ready to play.
"If I'm able to do the things I can do and be the Ray Rice I can be, there's no question on whether I'll play or not," Rice said. "At the end of the day, Sunday's the ultimate test."
Also questionable for the Ravens are linebacker Edgar Jones (thigh), offensive lineman Tony Moll (hip), and defensive end Cory Redding (head). Tackle Jared Gaither (back), linebacker Tavares Gooden (shoulder), and wide receiver Donte Stallworth (foot) are out.
