Bears will work out former Rams WR Burton next week

Free-agent wide receiver Keenan Burton will work out for the Chicago Bears next Tuesday, according to a league source.

The source said Thursday that the New York Giants also are interested in working out the 6-foot, 206-pound Burton, who played the past two seasons for the St. Louis Rams, next week.

Burton, a fourth-round draft pick in 2008, started six of the nine games he played in last season, catching 25 passes for 253 yards.
