Check out the nominations below, then vote for your favorite. Tune in to NFL Total Access on Monday, June 28 for the complete countdown.

Week 3: Vikings 27, 49ers 24

The end was as good as the Vikings could have imagined: Brett Favre zipped a pass to a little-used reserve wide receiver in the back of the end zone in the final seconds for a classic Favre finish. Greg Lewis leaped for a 32-yard touchdown catch with 2 seconds left while a flattened Favre watched from his stomach, and the Vikings stunned the 49ers to stay unbeaten.

Week 10: Colts 35, Patriots 34

Bill Belichick risked everything on one play Sunday night in Week 10. After the New England coach failed on a stunning gamble deep in his own territory, Peyton Manning threw a 1-yard touchdown pass to Reggie Wayne with 13 seconds left that rallied the unbeaten Colts to a win over the Patriots.

Week 11: Lions 38, Browns 37

Matthew Stafford was flat on his back, getting his left shoulder evaluated on the sideline by the Detroit Lions medical staff. The Cleveland Browns called a timeout and gave the rookie a chance to get back in the game. Stafford threw his fifth touchdown pass, this one from 1 yard out to Brandon Pettigrew and Jason Hanson's extra point with no time on the clock gave Detroit a thrilling win.

Week 15: Steelers 37, Packers 36

Ben Roethlisberger throws to the corner of the end zone, and the receiver barely gets his feet down inbounds for a remarkable touchdown. Ten months after winning the Super Bowl with just such an improbable play, the Steelers almost saved their season with a nearly identical one. Roethlisberger ended the game the way he started it by throwing a touchdown pass to Mike Wallace, a desperation 19-yarder on the final play that rallied Pittsburgh to a 37-36 victory over Green Bay that ended the Packers' five-game winning streak and the Steelers' five-game losing streak.

Week 16: Bears 36, Vikings 30 (OT)

Brett Favre cranked up and made one more impossible throw, zinging a touchdown pass in the fading seconds. Too bad for the Minnesota Vikings, that merely put them into overtime. After Favre's stunning, fourth-down pass to Sidney Rice with 16 seconds left in regulation, Jay Cutler threw the game-winner to Devin Aromashodu with just over 9 minutes left in overtime.
