White comes to Minnesota following a nine-year stint at Syracuse University, where he coached tight ends, wide receivers and special teams during his tenure. He also served as recruiting coordinator.
Glenn, who ended a six-year NFL playing career in 2007, will assist White and coordinator Brian Murphy on special teams while also helping executive director of player development Les Pico with player-related programs that include continuing education, family assistance and career internships.
Polian -- whose father, Bill, is the Indianapolis Colts' president and general manager -- has worked in the NFL, Canadian Football League, Arena Football League and collegiate ranks. He was promoted to assistant GM and coordinator of player personnel for the Hamilton Tiger-Cats of the CFL this year after serving as the team's director of quality control in 2008. Polian also has worked in the AFL league office and was the Colts' team coordinator for Super Bowl XLI. He worked in football operations at Tulane and Columbia.
Stefanski spent his first three years on the Vikings' staff as assistant to head coach. Prior to joining the team, Stefanski was the assistant director of football operations at Penn in 2005, where he also was a four-year letterman as a standout safety from 2000 to 2004. He now will assist offensive coordinator Darrell Bevell and quarterbacks coach Kevin Rogers.
