IRVING, Texas -- The Dallas Cowboys signed former Jacksonville Jaguars safety Gerald Sensabaugh to a one-year contract Tuesday.

Financial terms of the deal weren't released.
The Cowboys' Web site and The Dallas Morning News reported the signing.
Sensabaugh started 13 games for Jacksonville last season and had a team-leading four interceptions. In Dallas, he could replace five-time Pro Bowl safety Roy Williams, who was released last week.
Sensabaugh played for Cowboys defensive backs coach Dave Campo, who was the secondary coach in Jacksonville from 2005 to 2007. Sensabaugh also will be reunited with special teams coach Joe DeCamillis, who came to the Cowboys from the Jaguars in 2008.
