The NFL Network's Adam Schefter reports that Tennessee Titans rookie running back Chris Henry is facing a four-game suspension for violating the NFL's banned-substance policy.

Henry plans to appeal and is expected to be active Sunday against Carolina.

According to sources close to the situation, Henry used a prescription drug that is on the NFL's banned substances list.

LenDale White, coming off back-to-back 100-yard rushing games, was added to the Titans' injury report Friday with a toe injury and is listed as probable. Chris Brown, who gained 300 yards in the season's first five games before missing the last two with an ankle injury, missed practice again Friday and is listed as questionable for Sunday.

Henry, a second-round draft pick out of Arizona last spring, was inactive for the Titans' first five games. In the last two, though, he has compiled 105 yards on just 15 carries and scored two touchdowns.
