Donald Driver believes he has a few more seasons left in his legs before he retires. Whether or not the final act of the wide receiver's career takes place in Green Bay, however, is a whole other issue.
Driver, who has spent his entire 13-year career with the Packers, spoke with reporters Monday, one day after a 37-20 divisional playoff loss to the New York Giants, and the 36-year-old reiterated his desire to play until he's 40.

"I have plenty (of years)," Driver said, according to the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. "The thing is, it's not up to me. The Packers have to make that decision. If they decide to keep me, I'll come back. If not, I guess I have to go somewhere else to play. That's always been my goal -- to retire here. It's going to be up to them to make that decision."
Driver remained a productive target for quarterback Aaron Rodgers this season, catching 37 passes for 445 yards with six touchdowns. Driver contributed three receptions for a team-leading 45 yards and one touchdown against the Giants.
"I think you guys saw how I played this year," said Driver, the team's all-time leading receiver. "I haven't lost a step from anyone. I think it's just about going out there and getting opportunities. When you get opportunities, you make the best of them. My opportunities came this year, and I made the best of them. Whenever they came, I did what I had to do, so wherever the road goes from here, I'm willing to follow it."
Driver is set to earn $5 million next season, with a $2.2 million roster bonus and $200,000 workout bonus, according to the report, although the Packers could ask him to restructure his contract.
