It's likely the New York Giants will be without one of their top offensive threats for Saturday's in-state showdown with the New York Jets, as wide receiver Mario Manningham was listed as doubtful Friday.
Manningham, who's been dealing with a nagging knee injury, didn't practice all week. He has played in the Giants' previous two games, but his status doesn't look good for Saturday's game.
The Giants also will be without defensive end Osi Umenyiora, who was ruled out for his fourth straight game because of ankle and knee injuries.
