The Pittsburgh Steelers are short two wide receivers in Sunday night's game against the Baltimore Ravens.
Hines Ward was announced as questionable to return because of a stinger. Ward hasn't been on the field since taking a big helmet-to-helmet hit from Ravens linebacker Ray Lewis during the second quarter, a play in which he also slammed the back of his helmet against the turf. Ward left the field a bit woozy with the help of team personnel.Â
The NBC broadcast reported that Ward doesn't have his helmet with him as he watches the game from the sideline, a common sign he's being held out by the team.
The Steelers also announced that Arnaz Battle was questionable to return because of a hamstring injury.
