Bills OT Hairston likely to return from ankle injury vs. Jets

ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. -- Buffalo Bills offensive lineman Chris Hairston is set to return and play at least a backup role at left tackle Sunday against the New York Jets.

Hairston missed one game with a right ankle injury, and Bills coach Chan Gailey said Thursday that he expects the lineman to play. Hairston likely would split time with Andy Levitre at left tackle in place of injured starter Demetrius Bell, who will miss his fourth game with a shoulder injury.

Levitre was limited in practice Thursday with a shoulder injury.

Quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick was limited in practice because of a sore chest he hurt after being hit during a 23-0 victory over the Washington Redskins last weekend. Gailey said Fitzpatrick will play, and the quarterback said he'll be "good to go."

Wide receiver Donald Jones fully practiced and has a chance to play after missing two games with an ankle injury.
