Eagles QB Vick looks ahead: 'The Dream Team thing is over'

Michael Vick didn't start all the "Dream Team" business -- Vince Young is responsible for that -- but the Philadelphia Eagles' star quarterback is trying to end it.

"After being around the guys, today, I think everybody's just ready to let it all hang out," Vick told the Eagles' official team website. "The Dream Team thing is over. Now we just have to forget about everything that's happened and take it one game at a time. That's what I've sensed in the locker room. I sense change. Nobody's happy about this."

There's not much to be happy about for an Eagles team that sits at 1-3 despite the Super Bowl-or-bust expectations before the season.

"It's the worst," Vick said. "At this level, in a game of this magnitude, especially for our organization and how hard we've worked, it makes it very difficult. Now the only thing to do is to go out there and get it worked out."

Despite the stumbles, including an ugly 24-23 home loss to the San Francisco 49ers on Sunday, Vick remains confident the Eagles will turn it around. They have their first chance Sunday against the 3-1 Buffalo Bills.

"We know what works for us, our coaches know what works for us," he said. "It's time to just let it all go, put everything behind us and let it all hang out."
