Broncos plan to give Tebow some plays at QB vs. Packers

Perhaps the billboard in Denver imploring the Broncos to play Tim Tebow had an effect on coach John Fox.

OK, probably not. But Fox Sports reporter and NFL Network contributor Jay Glazer reported Sunday that the Broncos plan to play Tebow at quarterback in certain packages against the Green Bay Packers.

Kyle Orton is entrenched at the starting quarterback position in Denver, but some fans have grown impatient with Fox's approach. Tebow has yet to throw a pass in 2011, seeing his only time on the field at wide receiver for the injury-ravaged Broncos in Week 2.

Tebow appeared in nine games as a rookie last season, starting three at quarterback.
