Lions WR Johnson inactive vs. Packers; Stafford third QB

GREEN BAY, Wis. -- Wide receiver Calvin Johnson is inactive and rookie Matthew Stafford will serve as the emergency third quarterback for the Detroit Lions' game against the Green Bay Packers at Lambeau Field on Sunday.

Daunte Culpepper will start his second straight game in place of Stafford, who hurt his knee against Chicago two weeks ago. Johnson sustained a thigh injury in the Lions' loss to Pittsburgh last week.

Left tackle Chad Clifton and safety Atari Bigby return from injuries for the Packers, but center Jason Spitz is inactive and will be replaced by Scott Wells.
