Moreno, Wells on the list of rookies RBs with fantasy value in 2009

Rookies can be the difference between a competitive fantasy football team and one that wins a championship.

That was never more evident than in 2008, as Matt Forte, Chris Johnson and Steve Slaton were just a few of the players that made a significant contribution. Sure, Matt Ryan, DeSean Jackson and John Carlson also become viable options, but running backs are most often the players that come out of college and produce at a high level right away.

Furthermore, that production isn't limited to the bigger names -- just look at Darren McFadden. He was owned in 100 percent of NFL.com leagues (active in 81 percent) in Week 1, while Steve Slaton was owned in 64 percent of leagues (active in one percent) in Week 1. Slaton went on to score 119 more points than McFadden.

With that in mind, here's a look at 10 running backs that could impact fantasy drafts in 2009.
