Baltimore Ravens at Tennessee Titans (Sat., 4:30pm EST)

Team Player Analysis

Tennessee Titans

Chris Johnson
Fantasy points could be hard to come by in what looks like a defensive battle. Joe Flacco and Mark Clayton could struggle to produce, but Derrick Mason has been solid against his old team. Todd Heap is also worth a look in the Playoff Challenge. Le'Ron McClain will be less attractive with the expected return of DT Albert Haynesworth in the middle of the Titans line. There isn't one member of the Titans offense who's a safe play, including Chris Johnson and LenDale White. Johnson's versatility makes him the best bet to make an impact. Both defensive units are attractive options this week.

Arizona Cardinals at Carolina Panthers (Sat. 8:15pm EST)

Team Player Analysis

Carolina Panthers

Steve Smith
Kurt Warner threw for 381 yards and two scores against the Panthers in Week 8, and he's an attractive option. Larry Fitzgerald, Anquan Boldin and Steve Breaston also had nice stat lines, but Boldin enters the week with a problematic hamstring. Edgerrin James is now worth a look, but don't expect a huge stat line. Jake Delhomme is a nice sleeper against a defense that allowed the most touchdown passes during the regular season. Steve Smith is a tremendous option -- he had 117 yards and two touchdowns against the Cardinals in Week 8. DeAngelo Williams is also a great option across the board.

Philadelphia Eagles at New York Giants (Sun, 1:00pm EST)

Team Player Analysis

Philadelphia Eagles

Brian Westbrook
Donovan McNabb and Brian Westbrook had varying degrees of success against the Giants this season, and both are worth using in the Playoff Challenge. In his last road game against the Giants, Westbrook totaled 203 scrimmage yards and two touchdowns. The Eagles haven't had an overly consistent wideout all season, but DeSean Jackson is the best option this week. Eli Manning hasn't put up good numbers down the stretch, so he's a risk. Brandon Jacobs will be back and should be a great option, and Kevin Boss is a solid sleeper against the Eagles defense which struggles against tight ends.

San Diego Chargers at Pittsburgh Steelers (Sun., 4:45pm EST)

Team Player Analysis

San Diego Chargers

Philip Rivers
The weather was an issue in the first meeting of the season (a 11-10 Steelers win), but the forecast doesn't call for precipitation this Sunday. Defense will be the name of the game, so Philip Rivers, Antonio Gates and Vincent Jackson could be hard pressed to produce. With LaDainian Tomlinson hurt, Darren Sproles is still a nice sleeper. Ben Roethlisberger is expected to play and worth a look against the weak Chargers pass defense. Hines Ward is also a nice play, and Heath Miller warrants consideration as well. No defense struggled against tight ends more than the Bolts this season.
