Now that we're past free agency and the draft, we have a clue of how the teams around the NFL are going to line up. More importantly, we also have a pretty good idea of which players could be in line for some nice fantasy production in 2016. To help you out, we've brought back our Roster Resets for another season. Dallas Cowboys

Fantasy enthusiasts the world over celebrated when the Cowboys used the No. 4 overall pick to select Ezekiel Elliott. It's not great news for Darren McFadden who will be relegated to second on the depth chart. It's even worse news for free agent acquisition Alfred Morris who is likely needing an injury ahead of him to see any significant time. Still, the idea of the best running back prospect in the draft working behind the league's best offensive line is plenty of reason to rejoice. Even more reason to exult is the (hopefully) healthy returns of Tony Romo and Dez Bryant. With Dallas' primary pitch-and-catch duo back in action, the entire offense should be a lot more productive. Both Elliott and Bryant are likely to be off the board by the middle of the second round while Romo should once again be a fringe QB1 in most leagues.
New York Giants
Key re-signings: Josh Brown

Key draft picks:Sterling Shepard, Paul Perkins, Jerell Adams

The Giants took a big step toward strengthening their passing game by adding receiver Sterling Shepard in the second round. Pairing him with Odell Beckham gives Big Blue a pair of technically proficient wideouts. If Victor Cruz can return to form, it means a solid trio of pass-catchers. That can only be good for Eli Manning's fantasy value in 2016. Meanwhile, the running back situation continues to be a mess. Adding Paul Perkins seems like a positive step, but can the former UCLA Bruin find his way through a morass that has been swallowing running backs for the past several seasons? That remains to be seen. Until we know more, it would be wise to avoid spending a high draft pick on any Giants rusher.
Philadelphia Eagles

The biggest news surrounding the Eagles this offseason is the people who are gone. Head coach Chip Kelly was let go and resurfaced in San Francisco. DeMarco Murray was traded to the Tennessee Titans. Now we'll see how much the offense changes with Doug Pederson as Philly's head coach. In the short term, it opens the top running back job for Ryan Mathews although Darren Sproles and rookie Wendell Smallwood appear likely to see some work. More importantly, we'll all be looking to see how Sam Bradford handles things after his miniature holdout and with rookie Carson Wentz waiting in the wings. The greater hope is that Jordan Matthews can take a step toward being a fringe WR1 in most formats.
Washington

Kirk Cousins was one of the biggest fantasy surprises in 2015, but everyone wants to know if he can do it again. The schedule early in the season sets up well with matchups against some of the porous secondaries of the NFC East. Keep an eye on Josh Doctson. The rookie has the talent to be a fantasy producer for years, but he'll have to battle DeSean Jackson, Pierre Garçon and tight end Jordan Reed in order to see the targets needed to be an immediate contributor. Things are equally crowded in the backfield. Matt Jones is the presumptive starter, but he might not get a very long leash if his fumbling problems from last season continue.
