Fantasy instant debate: The No. 3 fantasy QB is...?

Aaron Rodgers is nearly the consensus No. 1 fantasy quarterback with Andrew Luck a close second. Which quarterback would you consider to be No. 3?

  • Graham's presence boosts Wilson

I'm going with Russell Wilson, due in large part to the addition of Jimmy Graham. Let's say that Wilson rushes for 200 fewer yards in 2015, losing 20 fantasy points. Well, I can see him regaining those 20 points in touchdown passes based on Graham's presence in the pass attack. Remember that he only threw 20 touchdown passes last season, so an increase to 25 seems more than plausible. I also think Peyton Manning and Drew Brees have taken a step back, which is all the more reason to make Wilson the third-ranked quarterback in fantasy land.

  • Veterans falling, Wilson rising

I'd be confident saddling up with Russell Wilson as my signal-caller after Rodgers and Luck are off the board. I'm very concerned Peyton Manning is about to turn in a Brett Favre 2010-esque season and break fantasy hearts everywhere, and I like Wilson's upside over the established arms of the Tom Bradys and Drew Breeses of the world. Wilson is only going to get better as a passer, and is already a smart and deadly runner. I like his ability to consistently give me 20-plus points a week, even if he likely won't win me a week single-handedly.

  • No more sleeping on Wilson

Over the past couple of seasons, Russell Wilson has been one of those players who is sneaky good. The Seahawks haven't had much of a passing game and rely heavily on Marshawn Lynch ... yet Wilson finished last season as the third-best fantasy quarterback. Guess what? Lynch is back and now Wilson has a bona fide pass-catching weapon in Jimmy Graham -- all before whatever the Seahawks might do in this year's NFL Draft. This could be the year we stop thinking of Wilson as a sneaky good fantasy quarterback and just a straight up good one.

  • It's Wilson ... unless it's not

Pretty tough not to say Russell Wilson. We're talking about a dude that finished third in all of fantasy last year AND he got Jimmy Graham? I think it's a given The DangeRuss One finishes in the top 4 at his position and he could mess around and actually be the TOP scoring quarterback in 2015.

A top 3 dark horse? Ben Roethlisberger. Between Le'Veon Bell (No. 2 RB), Antonio Brown (No. 1 WR), and the emergence/development of both Martavis Bryant and Markus Wheaton, no one has a more complete surrounding cast.
