The My Team page is one of the areas you will spend a large portion of your time on during the fantasy season, researching your players' matchups, setting your roster, navigating to player acquisition pages (Add/Drop, Trades, etc.) and much, much more.
Do you want to change your team name? Or pick a new team logo? You can do all of that on one easy page. Navigate to the My Team tab at the top of your screen and click Edit Settings. On the Edit Settings tab you can do the following:
You can edit any of these settings at any time throughout the season.
Pre-Draft Rankings are the ultimate way to make sure you are prepared come Draft Day. By listing out in order of preference the players you want to target for your team, you will be prepared for quick, informed decisions during your league’s actual Draft. You like Chris Johnson, but want to avoid Maurice Jones-Drew? Set your pre-draft rankings so that only those players that you want on your team make the cut. For any player you know in advance that you don't want on your team, place him on the "Excluded Player" list. That player will not be selected even if he is available in an Autopick League or if the autopick selection is checked on the Live Online Draft application. Rank as many players as you like, as there is no minimum or maximum. Any player left unranked will default to the NFL.com fantasy player rankings. Come draft day, your rankings will be automatically used in an Autopick Draft or they will be loaded into the Live Online Draft interface to help guide you in making the best decision for your team each round.
Steps to Pre-Rank your targeted Fantasy Players:
For additional customization of your Pre-Draft Rankings, including setting a preferred autopick position per round, visit Drafting Your Team: Pre-Draft Rankings.
Setting your fantasy roster is one of the most important aspects of Fantasy Football and is something every player should be diligent about doing each week.
Vist your My Team page to set your weekly roster. Simply click the gray box to the left of the player name you want to move. The boxes next to other players on your roster you can swap positions with will then highlight in green. Click this box to make the lineup move and the two players will now be noted with yellow boxes. If the new roster setup looks correct, simply click the yellow Submit button located at the top or bottom of your My Team page. This will save all moves you have made and will reload the page with your new lineup.
You may also make lineup changes via "Drag and Drop" by selecting the gray box next to a player name and dragging this box to your preferred position. This will swap the player with another on your roster in the same way described above.
You can only start as many players as your league settings allow and only in the positions in which each player is designated. Make as many changes as you want throughout the week. After you make a lineup change, make sure to click the yellow Submit button in order to save your updated roster.
NFL-Managed Leagues also feature a starting flex position (Wide Receiver/Running Back). This allows you to start either a third Running Back or Wide Receiver each week, giving each team owner a chance to use their own personal strategy each week. This roster position is designated by a W/R on your starting lineup - any eligible Wide Receiver or Running Back may be started in this slot.
Each team’s roster locks at the kickoff time of each individual player’s game (i.e. If you have Adrian Peterson and want to start him on your team, you must submit him as a starter on your My Team page prior to the kickoff of Peterson's game). Note while players will not lock prior to the listed game start time, the actual kickoff time may sometimes differ slightly, so be sure to make your changes as early as possible to ensure they are valid for the current week.
If you want to make changes to your roster after your fantasy draft, you have a number of options: Add or Drop player(s) or make a trade. You can execute all of these transactions from the My Team page.
For more specific information regarding adding or dropping a player, visit Transactions: Adding/Dropping a Player.
For more specific information regarding trades, visit Trades.
