Jaguars targeting Justin Blackmon in NFL draft trade

The Jacksonville Jaguars are talking to teams about possibily moving up from the No. 7 overall pick for Oklahoma State wide receiver Justin Blackmon, according to multiple NFL executives.

The Minnesota Vikings are willing to trade back from the No. 4 pick but not beyond No. 5, a team source indicated. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers, who hold the No. 5 pick, is willing to move down as well.
