Robert Griffin III visits Redskins in D.C.; QB can't work out

The Redskins hosted Baylor quarterback Robert Griffin III on Tuesday in Washington, D.C., one of 30 in-house player visits allowed by the NFL.

The visit was first reported by ProFootballTalk.com. Teams aren't allowed to work out prospects as part of these visits, but they can give them physicals and interview them.

Griffin will have multiple off-site visits with the Redskins between now and draft day, a league source said Saturday. Washington owns the No. 2 overall pick in this month's draft, and many expect them to take Griffin at that spot.
