This JUCO transfer (18 TDs in 2005) put up good numbers while playing through nagging injuries in 2007 (45-660-14.6-5), but received little pub outside of West Virginia. He's getting some love from NFL scouts, however, after a second team All-Conference USA season that included 56 catches for 945 yards and seven touchdowns, along with 21 rushes for 195 yards and two scores. His quickness, height and hands make him a top 75 prospect...and who has a more appropriate name? Had an arm span of 33 inches and a hand span of 8 7/8 inches at the combine.

Positives: Good patience, vision and elusiveness with the ball in his hands. Very smooth runner with an explosive second gear. Will press the corner and has the feet to come back for the ball. Quick into and out of cuts. Has some stop-start ability to freeze defenders in space. Used in the Wildcat formation and thrown quick screens to get him the ball quickly. Not afraid of contact with corners on the line of scrimmage. Adjusts to high and low throws. Plucks the ball outside of his frame. Good vertical to high-point the ball.

Negatives: Wiry build. Lacks upper body strength to get off jams or outfight tough corners for the deep ball. Ball security is an issue because he lacks strength and carries the ball loosely on occasion. Not particularly smooth out of his stance when challenged. More quick than fast. Usually a reliable receiver but will double-catch at times. Struggles to block corners on running plays, can extend his arms and get in the way initially but does not sustain. Best as a slot receiver.
