Milliner still will perform every drill at the combine except for the bench press, according to ESPN.com.

The cornerback suffered the injury during his final season at Alabama and played through it during the Crimson Tide's title run.

Milliner emerged in 2012 after playing behind other NFL-bound stars such as Dre Kirkpatrick, Dont'a Hightower and Mark Barron in 2011.

Milliner's surgery will take place before Alabama's pro day, which is scheduled for March 13.
