Overview

Zusevics has been a reliable blocker for Iowa and is a straight-line run blocker who is powerful in the run game. He is non-explosive and has a difficult time getting a jolt. He could be looked at to move inside to center given this and his weight. He is slow off the ball and struggles in pass protection, but he has late-round talent based off his frame and consistency.

Analysis

Strengths

Zusevics is a competitive blocker who works hard to sustain his blocks through the end of plays in the run game. He is good to adjust on the second level and get his big frame on linebackers, and he understands how to use angles and technique in his play to make him more effective. He is a non-flexible, linear player who will use his hands well to make sure he doesn't get blown over in pass protection.

Weaknesses

Zusevics is a linear player who has a weak anchor and could get blown over by more powerful rushers in pass protection at the next level. While he is technically sound, he is not a good athlete and has to work hard to overcome his deficiencies. He is a low-ceiling player and likely will be relegated to a backup position in the NFL.
