Morgan is a developmental, big-play receiver prospect with a potentially high ceiling due to good height and outstanding top-end speed, but he does not exhibit the hands, football IQ, or tenacity needed in the NFL. Dual-sport track athlete can explode off the line, is a smooth route-runner, and can get behind a defense but does not always track the deep ball or win as many jump ball battles as you'd like. Gains separation with speed but does not show great awareness against zone coverage. Makes the occasional tough catch but also drops accurate throws. Lack of effort run blocking and mental lapses could signal character issues. Late round prospect.

Morgan's a good combination of length and track speed. Shows good burst off the line and fluid hips in and out of his breaks. Gradually separates on longer-developing routes. Can make the difficult grab outside his frame at times. Has the deep speed to threaten a defense vertically.

Thin build. Needs to improve his ability to settle down into soft spots in zone coverage. Hands are below-average. Body catches and drops easy receptions. Has potential in jump ball situations but doesn't always high-point the football. Does not appear to take much pride in run blocking or maintain intensity on every play.
