OverviewUndersized and hailing from small school Appalachian State, some teams will fail to do their homework on this explosive slot receiver and return prospect and pay the price later. The Michigan Wolverines certainly did when they underestimated Jackson's speed, and he burned them for three catches for 92 yards and two touchdowns. Invited to the East-West Shrine Game and later the Senior Bowl, Jackson's quick feet, blazing speed and secure hands stood out among prospects initially rated higher.
