ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT

The Organizational Development department is responsible for managing the talent processes and learning and development programs at the NFL.  Our role is to understand employee development needs and provide learning opportunities to enhance the personal and professional growth of our employees.  We work closely with leaders to understand the knowledge, skills and abilities necessary for the League to meet both short and long-term business priorities and work with employees to provide the development tools and experiences necessary to meet those needs.  We offer programs at all levels of the organization, including, but not limited to, management and leadership programs, specialized skill development and mentoring.

At the NFL, we believe development is employee owned and manager supported.  The responsibility of the employee is to identify their professional goals and development needs and take advantage of learning opportunities and experiences in their everyday roles.  The responsibility of the manager is to provide feedback, resources and an environment that supports each employee?s growth and development.
